Sometimes the speed selector switch can be finicky and sometimes needs wiggling/moving repeatedly before changing speeds. Also, the main planetary spindle once fell and now we occasionally get a bit of black powdery grease in the bowl gross! The main gears can be cleaned and re-greased, but I’m not up for that job.
